im no good at multiple rotations so i came up with this technique

heres my try at the figure-8 throw. it seems to be the easiest form to get consistent repeatable throws with. watch in HD you can see the ammo better.

i used 4 strands of jute, 2 in each shade to produce the diamond pattern.
